Comparison between plasma surface treatment and flame treatment

1. Comparison of working principles

Then plasma treatment can achieve all-round vacuum treatment with high uniformity on all surfaces; treatment under vacuum environment will not cause thermal impact and will not cause the product to be scalded or deformed; at least 8 pieces can be processed at a time, with high production capacity, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing costs.

By comparing plasma cleaning machines with flame cleaning methods, we can see that plasma cleaning technology has obvious advantages in many aspects.
